At Jagraa.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy return, refund, and exchange support.

  1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must

1. Be unused and unwashed
2. Have original tags and packaging intact
3. Be in the same condition as delivered

Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling may not be accepted.

  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us with your Order ID and product details.

Our support team may request product images for verification before approving the request.

  1. Return Pickup

Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup service where available.

In some locations where pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.

  1. Refund Process

For prepaid orders
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI after receiving the returned product and completing the quality check.

Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer one time size exchange subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose

1. Another available product
2. Store credit if applicable
3. Refund as per policy

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  1. Non Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange

1. Customized or stitched products
2. Used or washed items
3. Products without original tags or packaging
4. Clearance or final sale items (if mentioned)
