Refund Process
For prepaid orders
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 To 7 business days after successful quality inspection.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI after receiving the returned product and completing the quality check.
Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
