2. Cancellation Timeline

Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, customers may choose not to accept the delivery at the time of arrival.

3. Order Verification

To ensure smooth processing and prevent fraudulent orders, our team may contact customers via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order verification.

Jagraa.com reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

1. Unable to contact the customer after multiple attempts
2. Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
3. Suspicious or fraudulent order activity

4. Cancellation Charges

Currently, Jagraa.com does not charge cancellation fees for orders canceled before dispatch.

However, customers with repeated refused deliveries or misuse of Cash on Delivery (COD) services may have COD options restricted for future purchases.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund process is required since payment is collected only upon successful delivery.
